MS DC – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions explain how MS DC provides its services. By using our services or engaging with us, the Client agrees to these terms.MS DC offers branding, visual communication, art direction, website design/development, and consulting services (including CMS-based websites such as Webflow).
2. Scope of Services
Our services may include:
- Branding and visual identity
- Graphic design and art direction
- Website design and development (CMS-based or custom)
- SEO, multilingual website setup, animations, and technical integrations
- Consulting on design, digital strategy, or branding
Each project is based on a defined proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, costs, and technical specifications. Any work outside the approved scope requires a separate quote.
3. Project Process & Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide necessary content (text, images, assets) in a timely manner.
- Feedback and approvals should be given within 5 business days.
- If no feedback is received within 7 calendar days, the deliverable is considered approved.
- Delays from the Client may extend the project timeline.
4. Revisions
- Each project phase includes one round of revisions.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the scope will require a separate quote.
5. Payment Terms
- Projects are divided into phases or milestones.
- Payment for each phase is required before work on that phase begins.
- Payments are made via bank transfer, with details provided on invoices.
6. Intellectual Property
- All rights of use are granted to the Client after full payment.
- MS DC retains moral rights over its work (credit, integrity).
7. Portfolio & Promotion
MS DC may showcase completed work (or anonymized versions) in:
- Its portfolio
- Social media and professional networks
- Case studies or presentations
No confidential information will be shared without permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information private, including commercial, technical, or strategic data.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- Any work not yet delivered or invoiced may be paused or canceled at MS DC’s discretion.
- Payments already made are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent court at MS DC’s registered address.
11. Acceptance
By engaging MS DC’s services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
